This bag experienced some high heat which caused the black piping to soften and smear on the beautiful leather.  She was so sad!!  For this one, I had to completely cut her apart, and reimagine her in a different shape.  I used as much as I possibly could from that bag, including the hardware to make a new strap, and then also salvaged the cute shorter strap.  This one was such a unique project, and the customer loved that she could still use her beloved bag!!!
