The Crane -Prestige Totes Bags Monogram LV Shoulder Bag

This bag is an Louis Vuitton Pochette Dame GM and she's stunning!  Normally this bag is a clutch and has whiskey-colored leather as its trim. It was looking rough, so I dyed the trim black and love the way it turned out!  There is some cracking of the leather trim.  This is a larger bag that is L11.5 x H6.5 x D2.75". The monogram is in great shape, but did have some fading near the snap, so I added an LV button as a concho. 

When it came to me it had holes in the top but they weren’t in the correct location for the D-rings, so I had to cover them with rivets and add the D-rings to the correct location at the top of the bag. I’ve added a 11.5" braided strap that slips right over your shoulder!

The interior is clean but I've re-dyed it.  It is roomy and has a couple of slot pockets in addition to the zippered pocket as well. The date code on this bag is 884 TH, which indicates it was produced in April of 1988 in France.
