Here's a fun new Junco, this bag is made from an  Louis Vuitton Monogram Bucket Pouch 27.  It's been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for a new owner!!

This bag was in great shape, so I added some hot pink leather braiding to the top and a cute "LV-like" chain to give it a fun flair. I've also recoated the ends so that it looks brand new. The inside Vuittonite (see below) was flaky so I scrubbed it out, but tried to preserve the date code. The date code is AR0955, which indicates it was produced in France in May of 1995.

This little Junco measures is L 7.75 x W 4 x D 0.75" and is perfect for throwing a few cards and cash into ... throw it in a larger bag, or carry it into the bar to give your outfit that somethin-somethin!!

About Vuittonite:  Prior to 1997, Louis Vuitton lined many of its bags with a vinyl-like material known as Vuittonite. It was used (and patented) by Louis Vuitton because its resistance to water makes it easy to clean. Unfortunately, when exposed to high heat or humidity, Vuittonite begins to deteriorate and peel away from the edges of the bag. Over time, it becomes increasingly sticky, forming a residue (which, in extreme cases, is black in color) that transfers to anything placed inside the bag. If your Vuittonite is starting to get sticky, try putting some talcum powder inside, lightly coating it.  It works!!!
